office hours</a> twice a month focused on web accessibility. Same staff offered sessions on

Accessible Word Documents</a>. The intro session was extremely popular. Office hours do not get a lot of traction but those who come are very appreciative.</div>

Back when we needed to spend ARPA funds, we did a series on digital accessibility (through an RFR). It was great training and very popular with libraries. I think because it wasn't just a broad website focus but went into specific topics like zoom, Canva, and
PowerPoint it seemed much more approachable to most librarians.</div>
