[Mdt_members] Save the Date! Oregon Child Forensic Interveiw Training

Greetings all, and attention anyone interested in 2014 Oregon Child Forensic Interview Training.

Attached, take a look at this Save the Date flyer.  There's a new round of Forensic Interviewer training coming up this Spring and Summer. We have a couple things to accomplish before the training, to be ready for the training, but May will definitely get here quickly.

The Oregon Child Forensic Interview Training (OCFIT) trains Forensic Interviewers, including staff from child abuse intervention centers, law enforcement investigators, and child welfare workers, on doing child abuse forensic interviews according to the Oregon Interview Guidelines.  This best practice training is approved by the National Children's Alliance for centers seeking national accreditation, and is required for Forensic Interviewers doing interviews at Oregon centers.

You can obtain registration applications by emailing training at childabuseintervention.org<mailto:training at childabuseintervention.org>. If you have specific questions about the training, you can address those to that same "training" email address. If you have general questions about requirements, timing, or the CAMI grant, you can contact me here at DOJ.
