Join the meeting at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/787362317 and by conference call at 1-888-636-3807 x875960.

The Meeting ID is 787-362-317.

This training is founded on the idea that survivors of domestic and sexual violence should be at the center of our efforts to prove and improve our impact as service providers. Meaningful participation and presence in organizational improvement efforts can be healing and can reinforce the expertise each survivor holds regarding their experience. A survivor-centered approach to program evaluation is about reifying the respect and dignity we hold for survivors. In this training, the basic principles of developing, implementing and responding to survivor-centered program evaluation will be established, with the goal of progressing towards the following learning objectives:

*         Establish a framework for centering on survivors in all evaluation and improvement efforts;

* Discuss strengths and challenges of survivor-centered evaluation and explore case studies of effective models that reflect survivor-centered values; and

* Develop strategies for creating new tools, as well as adapting existing tools to align with survivor-centered principles.

Presenter: Molly Pringle, Director of Operations for the Portland Women's Crisis Line. Ms. Pringle's work brings survivors of domestic and sexual violence to the center of program evaluation efforts, exploring how the expertise of survivors and advocates can inform organizational improvement initiatives through responsive, participatory methods. She has a particular interest in supporting low-resourced community groups and nonprofits in meaningful evaluation that is survivor-centered.
