Dear Victim Service Providers,

This is one final nudge requesting those who have not completed a survey to do so as it will close this Friday.  One hundred forty-five surveys have been started, however 90 of them are incomplete.  We have heard from a few individuals who have been unable to get to the end of the survey.  In case you have run into this problem, I have found that this will occur if a required question has not been completed.   If you have to time to go back and finish your agency's/organization's survey so we can include your voice in our survey analysis, that would be great.

Thank you to everyone who have completed a survey. Don't hesitate to contact us should you have questions.
