MDT DAY!
Attached please find the MDT Day 2016 registration and speaker information. MDT Day is Monday, April 18th at the Red Lion Janzen Beach from 1 pm to 5:30 pm. We are really excited about this year's speakers, and we hope you will be too! The speakers' bios are attached, but many of you will already be familiar with this year's speakers: Meg Garvin, MA, JD, Executive Director of the National Crime Victims' Law Institute; Kim Jacobowitz, LCSW, VOCA funded trauma informed counselor at CARES Northwest; and Cory Jewell Jensen, MS, CBI Consulting, sex offender evaluator and treatment provider.
We hope that the half day schedule will allow those who are restricted from traveling on Sunday to be able to attend this year. Sunday night lodging reimbursement is, however, still available for those who choose to travel on Sunday (as in past years, the CAMI program will reimburse one night's lodging-Sunday or Monday, for those traveling more than 75 miles one way). Hotel, mileage and other details are included in the attached registration form.
Registration deadline is April 4th. (Hotel reservations must be made by March 28th to ensure the conference rate). If you have questions, please call Alisha Goodwin at 503-328-6270.
