Needs assessment survey for
sexual and domestic violence advocacy services
Dear coalition members, partners, and supporters:
To help improve available services to survivors of abuse in our state, the Oregon Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence is conducting a statewide needs assessment. This process will provide a comprehensive picture of the state of advocacy in Oregon and inform the coalition’s goals and priorities moving forward.
By completing this survey<https://ocadsv.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a48191bc52b67a132f3de95f0&id=99b36373a7&e=fd666faf02>, you'll be helping us better understand and improve services for survivors of abuse throughout Oregon. We have designed this survey to ask specific questions about how each respondent has interacted with Oregon’s community-based domestic and sexual violence advocacy system, and should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
Take the needs assessment survey<https://ocadsv.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a48191bc52b67a132f3de95f0&id=0d965a1220&e=fd666faf02>
We're seeking information from the following groups:
* SURVIVORS of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking who sought to access advocacy services in the state of Oregon;
* ADVOCATES, SOCIAL WORKERS, AND OTHER PROGRAM STAFF who work for or in partnership with domestic and sexual violence advocacy programs<https://ocadsv.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a48191bc52b67a132f3de95f0&id=9fd146e564&e=fd666faf02> in the state of Oregon;
* Staff, board members, and volunteers of NON-ADVOCACY SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES AND PROGRAMS CONCERNED WITH THE ISSUES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL VIOLENCE, AND/OR STALKING in the state of Oregon;
We will be accepting responses through Monday, November 6th, 2017. Please forward this invitation to program staff, community partners, and especially survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence who are safely able to respond to a survey.
If you have any questions or concerns about the coalition’s Needs Assessment project, contact Meagan Schorr, Sexual and Domestic Violence Program Coordinator, at meagan at ocadsv.org<mailto:meagan at ocadsv.org> or (503) 230-1951 x300.
