OAASIS New Website
OAASIS envisions a world where all people, especially survivors of child sexual abuse, are empowered to live whole and authentic lives.
We strive to embody this vision in our lives and in our work. To be real, we don’t always get it right. When we don’t, we try to create something that better meets survivors’ needs and reflects the community we’re working to create.
We’re thrilled to share our new website<https://click.everyaction.com/h/504482/3199994?nvep=ew0KICAiVGVuYW50VXJpIjogIm5ncHZhbjovL3Zhbi9FQS9FQTAwMS8xLzU4NTc0IiwNCiAgIkRpc3RyaWJ1dGlvbklkIjogbnVsbCwNCiAgIkRpc3RyaWJ1dGlvblVuaXF1ZUlkIjogIjVkZWVmZWE1LWY1Y2ItZTcxMS04MGMzLTAwMTU1ZGE3ODdkZCIsDQogICJFbWFpbE1lc3NhZ2VJZCI6ICJhMGNhYWE3Mi1mMWNiLWU3MTEtODBjMy0wMDE1NWRhNzg3ZGQiLA0KICAiRW1haWxNZXNzYWdlQ29udGVudElkIjogImExY2FhYTcyLWYxY2ItZTcxMS04MGMzLTAwMTU1ZGE3ODdkZCIsDQogICJFbWFpbEFkZHJlc3MiOiAicm9iaW4uZS5yZWltZXJAZG9qLnN0YXRlLm9yLnVzIiwNCiAgIkRpc3RyaWJ1dGlvblRyYWNrYWJsZUl0ZW1JZCI6IDANCn0%3D&hmac=76i95sEUWEx8ObGPUyAY2TtM2uD9n4LEvBm_hlN6gL4=> with you. We intend for this space to provide some of the essential building blocks to living fully: knowledge; courage; hope; love; and joy. We hope this new platform makes it easier for people to learn more, plug in, and speak out. We plan for this to be a space where we can grow together and grapple with how child sexual abuse is impacted by other forms of violence and oppression—and how we can expand access to healing support so more people can live full, healthy, joyful lives.
The website was created with the wisdom of survivors, loved ones, and allies. It was created with the deepest appreciation of survivors’ strength and resilience. It was created with an understanding that each of us has power to change the world.
