Report forms are available in EGrants
Please be sure to complete your MDT Financial Report for Q2- October through December 2017, and your Semi-Annual Progress Reports (July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017-narrative, statistical, Karly's Law and Goals/Objectives) and submit them through EGrants by the end of the month.
Financial Reports cannot be processed until the Progress Reports are received and approved.

The nomination period for the 2018 National Missing Children's Day Awards is open through January 24, 2018. OJJDP is seeking nominations for the following awards:

This 3 ½ day, comprehensive training teaches the Oregon Interviewing Guidelines Forensic Interview Structure, which is designed to gather the greatest amount of reliable information in a child-sensitive, developmentally-appropriate, and legally-defensible manner.  The Oregon Child Forensic Interview Training is evidence-based, supported by current research, and approved by the National Children's Alliance to meet the Forensic Interview Training Standards.  This training is typically attended by Center-Based Child Forensic Interviewers, Law Enforcement, and DHS professionals.  Not sure if this training is appropriate for you? OJJDP Announces 2018 National Missing Children's Day Poster Contest
[2017 winning poster]OJJDP invites fifth graders to participate in the 2018 National Missing Children's Day poster contest<https://n1.m.tt/a/tuvxuuleuz-rrwnlree.html?mp_hash=213F7B83C8502F5BD0A5514B9261ED2E351ACECB8CB38FB19EECE49AFCD2715D>. The annual contest creates an opportunity for schools, law enforcement, and other child advocates to discuss the issue of missing and/or exploited children with youth, parents, and guardians and to promote child safety.

OJJDP will invite the national winner, parents, teacher, and state clearinghouse manager to Washington, DC, to participate in the National Missing Children's Day<https://n1.m.tt/a/tuvxuuleuh-rrwnlree.html?mp_hash=213F7B83C8502F5BD0A5514B9261ED2E351ACECB8CB38FB19EECE49AFCD2715D> commemoration on May 23, 2018.

Position Summary: The Child Forensic Interviewer and Family Support Specialist is a member of the clinic team at Liberty House. Core responsibilities of the position include conducting forensic interviews of children referred for assessment of child sexual abuse, physical abuse or neglect. Additional responsibilities include providing family support, which is the first level of crisis intervention for families and/or non-offending caregivers.
