have that  may be past due.  All reports including progress reports, financial reports, are due by July 20, 2018.

We will not process financial reports until all other reports (including past due reports) are submitted.

Also, now is a great time to check if your staff is up to date in E-grants.  If you need to do an update, please submit a modification
request once you have submitted your financial and progress reports.

CAMP HOPE Oregon: Volunteers Needed!
July 29 – August 3, 2018

You can make a difference in the life of a child!

Camp HOPE America – Oregon is a summer camp and yearlong mentorship program for kids who have experienced family violence. We
couldn't bring kids to Camp HOPE Oregon without the dedication and support of all of our volunteers.

A Safe Place Family Justice Center is looking for dedicated volunteers to help as Camp HOPE Support Staff. Support Staff are adults who join
us at Camp HOPE to create a memorable experience for campers by being positive role models, celebrating campers’ achievements, and
assisting with preparations for daily activities. Bi-lingual (Spanish) volunteers encouraged to apply!

Kids who’ve experienced family violence need to see that their whole community is with them. We’re on their side. We believe in their
future, and they can too!

Oregon Child Forensic Interview Training (OCFIT)

This 3 1/2 day, comprehensive training teaches the Oregon Interviewing Guidelines Forensic Interview Structure, which is designed to gather the greatest amount of reliable information in a child sensitive, developmentally-appropriate, and legally-defensible manner. The Oregon Child Forensic Interview Training is evidence-based, supported by current research, and approved by the National Children's Alliance to meet the Forensic Interview Training Standards. ONCAIC: Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing trainings to support the Member centers (CAICs) and other professionals working within the field of investigation, intervention, and prosecution of child abuse cases in Oregon. The Program Manager also assists CAICs through coordination of quarterly Membership meetings and technical assistance to help CAICs achieve NCA Accreditation (best practices for Child Abuse Intervention Centers, known as Children’s Advocacy Centers nationally).

SATF: Campus Coordinator

The Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force is hiring a Campus Coordinator. This position will focus primarily on comprehensive prevention in collaboration with SATF staff, campus preventionists, and colleges and universities. The Campus Coordinator will coordinate and provide training and technical assistance to campus practitioners in Oregon and nationally. This position is part of a comprehensive campus team addressing advocacy, compliance, and prevention.

SATF: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides program and administrative support to SATF programs and leads SATI training and technical assistance timelines, projects and activities in collaboration with SATI staff, instructors, and statewide partners including:

•Assist with grant and project management, curriculum development, development and implementation of evaluation and previous content knowledge and learning assessment tools.

•Assist with grants management including: submitting Grant Adjustment Notices (GAN) for federal grants, grant amendments, program reports, budgets.

•Coordinate training, conference, meeting, curriculum workdays, and event logistics, including: venue, travel arrangements, lodging, catering, reimbursements, scholarships and other disbursements and needs to ensure success of all SATF activities.

•Develop training, conference, meeting, and event announcements and registration materials in coordination with the program staff.

Position Summary: The Clinical Manager is a core member of ABC House’s clinical team.  Working closely with the Medical Director, this newly-created position ensures effective delivery of services to clients and their families and is the initial point of contact for child abuse assessment referrals from multidisciplinary team partners.  The Clinical Manager also works directly with ABC House’s multidisciplinary team partners, coordinates appropriate information sharing and directly supervises our family support advocates and insurance billing specialist.
