with Roe Bubar, J.D., and Leila Kawar Goldsmith, J.D., on best practices for conducting forensic interviews in tribal communities.
<a href="http://ovc.ncjrs.gov/ovcproviderforum/asp/guesthost.asp#RoeBubar">Ms. Bubar</a> is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ethnic Studies and the School of Social Work at Colorado State University, where she teaches courses on federal Indian law
and policy; indigenous women, children, and tribes; and gender, violence, and indigenous peoples. Ms. Bubar also consults with tribal, state, federal, and nongovernmental organizations in tribal communities on a variety of research issues.
