there seemed to be a little confusion surrounding VINE notification on “transfers” so I asked Karen Roddy for clarification and below is the information provided, which she gave me permission to share as I thought it might be useful to you.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">DOC and Appriss (VINE) are currently reviewing the programming challenges around adding this notification.
