<br>
This webinar is the first in a three-part series designed to enhance the ability of attorneys to provide effective legal representation of child victims regarding their rights in criminal cases. NCVLI attorneys and mental health experts will co-present the
webinar series. <br>
<br>
The first session includes an overview of effective representation of child victims, as well as the neurobiology of trauma and its unique impact on children. Building on these lessons, presenters will preview some strategies to help facilitate effective communication
with victim clients who are children.<br>
<br>
The second session in the series will address concrete strategies for communicating with and representing child victims, and the third discussion will provide an opportunity to collaborate and share ideas about how to represent child victims more effectively.
More information on these sessions is coming soon.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
