has not introduced any legislation this session, however, <b>several bills have been introduced that may have an impact on MDT partners</b>.
<u>Attached for your information</u> are bills related to: recording grand jury testimony (SB1550), testing of sexual assault kits (SB1571), creation of elderly and vulnerable fatality review teams (HB4013), expanding the definition of ‘physical injury’ (SB1556),
postponing implementation of child sexual abuse prevention instruction programs (HB4099), and extending the time for prosecuting certain crimes (SB1553)”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
