<p class="MsoNormal">We need your input. The CAMI Program is currently reviewing the CAMI Regional Service Providers grant. The following survey is intended to help clarify the needs of MDTs and CAICs around the state so that Regional Services can be adjusted
to best meet those needs. The survey asks questions about both current services (outlined below) and other needs. Goals of this review include promotion of equal access to comparable services for across the state,<b>
</b>standardization of resources and information whenever possible, and development and strengthening of support relationships statewide. All active MDT members are encouraged to complete the survey to provide a comprehensive picture of the needs of the state.
We encourage you to share the survey link with anyone else in your agency or organization who is involved in the MDT response in your county.<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow"> Please complete the survey by January 10, 2018 by following the
