<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">The Oregon Employment Department Modernization Program is an agency-wide program to transform our business processes and core technology systems. This effort is expected to take several
years to complete. We are just about to launch the first phase of our modernization efforts which will be focused on replacing or creating the computer systems supporting receipt of UI taxes and PFMLI contributions, and payment of UI benefits.
