<p class="MsoNormal">This introductory course will teach the basic tools and methods for determining the approach, preparing for, conducting, and confirming requirements elicitation results. Topics include the five primary requirement types, documentation and
management best practices, and common methods used to communicate them.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The audience for this class is Oregon state government or other governmental employees who are performing the Requirements Elicitation function, regardless of job title, or anyone new to the Business Analyst or Project Management role.<o:p></o:p></p>
