Hello everyone,

The pharmacy team wanted to provide an update regarding influenza prebooking availability - in case anyone has not yet placed a prebook order for the 2021-2022 influenza season.

The Covid-19 pandemic may have shifted the prebook timeline and patterns for influenza vaccine and we are seeing product quickly become unavailable. If you intend to prebook for the upcoming season but have not yet done so, please do so as soon as possible.

2/25/2021 Status Update:


  *   Seqirus has already sold out of the 5ml multi-dose vial and 0.5ml pre-filled syringe presentations of Afluria(r) Quadrivalent. Estimate will be in a sold-out situation for Flucelvax Pre-filled syringe presentation by March 1.
  *   GSK is sold out and taking waitlisted prebooks on both their presentations
  *   Sanofi Pasteur has supply of all influenza vaccine offerings as of today. Entities should ensure they confirm their orders prior to March 31.
  *   AstraZeneca Flumist is available from all three distributors.
  *   FFF sold out of Afluria 0.5ml prefilled syringes
  *   McK sold out/waitlisted Afluria MDV, Flucelvax 0.5ml prefilled syringes, Fluad 0.5ml prefilled syringes
  *   ASD sold out of both GSK presentations

Regardless of the above, we would still encourage members to contact the vendors themselves as the product availability information is ever changing.
