on current pressures in these markets, we do not expect delivery performance to recover until the end of January, at the earliest. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Wildfires in the western United States, including northern and southern California, have created additional issues for all parcel providers
to meet on-time commitments as carriers are trying to navigate road closures and manage through package volumes that are now undeliverable. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">COVID-19, potential additional government stimulus payments, Amazon Prime Day in October and the upcoming holiday season are expected
to create additional challenges for the parcel networks across the country. <o:p>
</o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">National providers FedEx and UPS as well as our regional providers including Ontrac are actively adding drivers, trucks and additional
