Good morning,

 

This email is meant for entities who are using an excel spreadsheet to
convert their perm file to simple txt delimited file.

 

Last year to solve the missing tildes issue which occurred at the end a
row that did not have a termination, we used the follow procedure:  

 

 

Before saving your excel sheet to a csv document add a column header to
the end and call it "Remove" once you have replaced the commas with the
tildas ~ Delete the word "Remove" .

 

In some instances this procedure worked but on some occasions the added
tildes only continued for a few rows.  

 

Since then we have discovered a more effective fix.  Before converting
the excel file to csv in the TERMINATION_REASON

Column add three tilde "~~~" then convert.  (only use this procedure if
you are not terminating a subscriber).  

 

 

I have updated the Procedures to include the new process.
