[MyOEBB] MyOEBB End of Month System Downtime

[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello,

 

Effective October 31, 2010 OEBB will bring down the MyOEBB Admin Module
and MyOEBB Member Module on the last day of each month from 8:00 p.m.
until 8:00 a.m. the following day.  OEBB will continue this new process
on the last day of every month from this point forward.

 

The purpose of this downtime is to allow OEBB data to remain unchanged
for end of month processes like educational entity invoicing and HIPAA
files.  This will prevent staff having to reconcile eligibility and
enrollment differences between the files and reports due to late night
record changes being made. This will also help ensure the timeliness of
the invoices and other information we provide.  

 

Please note this down time at the end of each month that MyOEBB will not
be accessible to make any eligibility or enrollment changes.  Below is a
schedule for this next plan year.  As always, please let us know if you
have any questions.
