[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System Maintenance and Downtime

[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello,

 

In order to update our MyOEBB systems (Administrative and Member Module)
for Open Enrollment OEBB will need to bring the systems down for
maintenance.  The MyOEBB systems will be unavailable on Thursday evening
(August 11th) starting at 6 p.m. PST until Friday morning (August 12th)
at 9 a.m. PST.

 

OEBB will be adding code which includes:

*         Dependent Eligibility Verification

*         Changes to our Benefit Summary which show OEBB OAR's

*         Do-it-Yourself QSC's (available to everyone on October 1st)

*         Email Option of Open Enrollment Materials

*         Guarantee-issue of LTC

*         Medical Evidence for Voluntary LTD

*         Zip Codes Restrictions for ODS Medical Plan 4
