[MyOEBB] SAVE THE DATE! 12/15 OEBB Demo - Dependent Eligibility Verification

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, & Benefits Administrators:

 

Mark your calendars! Thursday, December 15 at 2:00pm, plan to join us
for a web-streamed presentation (with much-improved audio!) explaining
the upcoming Dependent Eligibility Verification Review and Audit. 

 

OEBB staff and representatives from Towers Watson will provide an
overview of the upcoming audit process as well as a demonstration of the
Web portal where members selected for the audit can securely submit
their documentation online. The presenters will also go over the
alternative methods of submitting documentation for those who prefer not
to use the portal.

This presentation will be the first agenda item of our monthly Benefit
Information Exchange (BIE) Group meeting, held in the PEBB/OEBB Board
Room, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The entire meeting is
scheduled from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm; the Towers Watson presentation is
expected to take up the first hour. We will send another e-mail with the
full meeting agenda next week.

 

All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit
representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend
either in person or via video stream. Those watching the video stream
can contribute to the conversation by e-mail or phone.

The conference line does have a limited capacity, so we ask that
participants join us via the video stream and only call in when they
have something to share with the group, or have a specific question
rather than calling in for the entire meeting.  

 

This presentation will be recorded and the video will be available
throughout the audit process for anyone who is unable to attend, but we
do encourage you to join live in order to participate in the Q&A.
