[MyOEBB] Emailing ERRP notice today

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers and MyOEBB Administrators - 

 

The attached email will be sent to a group of OEBB members today
regarding OEBB's participation in the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program
(ERRP). The notice will be delivered to all subscribers participating in
an OEBB medical plan either by email or hard copy as dictated by the
program requirements*. Hard copies were mailed Monday March 21st.

 

*With respect to plan participants who are actively working, sponsors
may send the form notices electronically, provided these plan
participants have the ability to access electronic documents at their
regular place of work, and have access to the sponsor's electronic
information system on a daily basis as part of their work duties.

 

Recipients of this notice should share the information with their
covered dependents, but otherwise do not need to take any action. Please
let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
