[MyOEBB] OEBB-Revised Dependent Eligibility Communication

[MyOEBB system updates]

Please accept my apologies. The template language provided should have
been revised so the dependent eligibility language at the end exactly
matches the final language in the member letter. We added a couple
paragraphs specific to retirees at the end. If you plan on using our
template language, please use the revised version attached. Thank you!

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents and Benefits Administrators - 

 

After fielding your questions and valued feedback last week, we made
some small revisions to the Dependent Eligibility communication which
will be delivered to members via email this afternoon and via USPS later
this week. Please find the final version attached for your reference. 

 

Also for ease of reference, I have re-attached the optional template
message you may use if you wish to allow members to remove ineligible
dependents prior to Open Enrollment. This template language has not
changed since we first sent it last week.
