[MyOEBB] OEBB Revised Enrollment Forms Online

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents and Benefits Administrators:

 

Thanks to those of you who have been participating in the new Benefits
Information Exchange (BIE), OEBB has revised the Member Enrollment Form
to better meet entities' needs. 

 

We now have two new versions of the Member Enrollment Form available
online. Our regular enrollment form has been revised to better follow
the flow of data entry in the MyOEBB system and can be found on the
Member Forms page:

We have also created a customizable version in Word format that should
allow you to easily remove sections of the form that don't apply to your
entity. This can be found on the Entity Forms page:

If you haven't participated in the BIE meetings yet, we invite you to
join us next Thursday, January 26th at 2pm. Full details for this
upcoming meeting will be sent to you in a separate e-mail.
