[MyOEBB] New Date & Time! OEBB's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Meeting

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers and Premium Contacts:

OEBB will be resuming our Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Group webinar meetings with a new and improved schedule for 2012-13. Thanks to everyone who let us know what dates/times work best for you.

What is the BIE Group? The purpose of the BIE Group is to facilitate improved communication between OEBB and participating educational entities. All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend either in person or via the iLinc webinar. Please share this invitation with any appropriate coworkers who may not be on our listserv.

Typical agenda items include:

*         A recap of the most recent board meeting

*         A walk-through of one or two reports in Report Mart

*         Updates on member communications, and

*         MyOEBB system modifications


We also invite questions and suggestions on any topics you would like to discuss.

The BIE Group will meet via iLinc webinar on the first Thursday of each month, 10:00 AM - 12:00 noon, starting Thursday, December 6, 2012. We'll send a reminder e-mail with an agenda, web link and log-in instructions shortly before each meeting. If you're in the Salem area and care to join us in person, you are welcome to do so in the OEBB Board Room.
