[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello,

Thanks to all of you for a successful open enrollment period.  Wow, over the last month we have processed over 37,000 open enrollment changes.  OEBB wants to ensure these changes reach our carriers timely so they are able to update records for coverage starting October 1st.

OEBB will be putting both the MyOEBB Admin and Member Modules under system maintenance to process our open enrollment HIPAA files using the below schedule.


*         Sunday, September 16th - We expect the systems to be down for most of the day to process files.

*         Friday, September 21st starting at 8 P.M. - We expect the systems to be down for about one hour.

*         Friday, September 28th starting at 8 P.M. - We expect the systems to be down for about one hour.

*         Sunday, September 30th starting at 8 P.M. - We expect the systems to be down until 8 A.M. October 1st
