Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

>From approximately November 5th - 12th, Moda Health will be conducting a phone outreach campaign encouraging their members to get seasonal flu vaccinations. This outreach will include all Moda Health members, not just those belonging to OEBB. The calls will be conducted by an automated system delivering a recorded message with the member's last name inserted. Caller ID will display "Moda Health" and/or the number 978-533-2704. If members dial this number they will receive a recorded message, not a live person. If they have questions, they should contact Moda Health Member Services at 866-923-0409.

The outreach recording will provide information on seasonal flu shots, direct the member to the Moda website for more information, and will conclude with two survey questions regarding whether they found the call helpful and if they will be receiving a flu shot this year.

If members prefer not to receive calls of this nature, they can call Moda Health Member Services at 866-923-0409 and request to be placed on Moda's "do not call" list.
