[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents and Benefits Administrators:

Attached please find samples of the cover letter for OEBB's Post-Open Enrollment mailing. It was delivered by either USPS or email depending on the preference the member selected in the MyOEBB system. Hard copies were mailed on October 1st. Emails went out October 2nd and 3rd. Along with this letter, each member also received a personalized benefits statement showing their enrollments for the 2014-15 plan year.
