[MyOEBB] WageWorks and Insurance Committee presentations

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

In last Thursday's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Meeting, we introduced the new preferred vendor for FSA and HSA administrative services - WageWorks.  WageWorks presented information on their FSA, HSA and Commuter Account benefit offerings. WageWorks will begin offering these services to OEBB-participating entities effective October 1, 2015.

WageWorks will not automatically attend OEBB's insurance committee meetings this spring, but they are happy to attend if specifically invited. If you have not scheduled your insurance committee meeting for May, please indicate on your Insurance Committee Meeting Request Form<http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50764996763978> if you would like a specific presentation from WageWorks. If you have already scheduled your insurance committee meeting, please complete another form and indicate that you would like WageWorks to be available at the meeting, or that you would like to schedule some time with WageWorks with a different group of employees and/or at a different time. Just let us know what you would prefer and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

We will post more information about WageWorks and their account offerings on the OEBB website and will send you email notifications as new information becomes available. We are also considering offering at least one webinar that will allow you to learn more about the services WageWorks can offer entities and members.
