[MyOEBB] SAVE THE DATE! WageWorks Webinars (FSAs, HSAs, and Commuter Accounts)

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, Superintendents and Premium Contacts:

WageWorks, (OEBB's new preferred vendor for FSAs, HSAs, and Commuter Savings Accounts effective October 1, 2015), will be presenting three informational webinars to help you learn more about their products and services. OEBB-participating entities are not required to use the OEBB-preferred vendor for these types of accounts, but WageWorks does offer excellent value and service at competitive rates, and the convenience of having all these accounts with one vendor creates efficiencies for administrators and members alike.

The webinars will be held:

Tues. 5/26, 11 a.m. - noon
Thurs. 5/28, 3 - 4 p.m.
Wed. 6/3, 9 - 10 a.m.

Each webinar will be very similar with a prepared presentation lasting approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes at the end for Q&A. The hope is that each of you who wish to attend will find one of these times convenient for your schedule.

Specific log-in information will be distributed as soon as it becomes available, but we wanted to get the dates and times out to you so you can mark your calendars with the time that works best for you. After these three webinars are complete, we will do our best to post the slide deck and a video recording of one of the sessions to the OEBB website for those who were unable to tune in. Of course, recording difficulties are always a possibility, so please tune in live if you are able.
