[MyOEBB] BIE Meeting postponed to Oct. 22

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, and Premium Contacts:
As we prepare to resume our monthly Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Meetings, we need to adjust the date for our October meeting. Normally, this meeting occurs on the third Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon. (No meetings in August or September, due to Open Enrollment.) However, this month's meeting is postponed one week and will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015, 10 a.m. - noon.
We will resume the normal "third Thursday" schedule in November. A revised calendar of the 2015 meetings is attached.
Also note that our webinar software is changing. We will no longer be using iLinc, so any links or bookmarks you may have saved from previous meetings will no longer work. We are still in the transition process, but we will send updated log-in information next week along with the October meeting agenda.

What: OEBB's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Group Meeting - (agenda will be emailed next week)
When: Thursday, October 22, 2015 (10 a.m. - noon) - normally the third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. - noon (no meetings August or September) but this month's meeting will be held one week later than usual
Where: Join from any computer via webinar (details to be emailed next week with the agenda)
Who & Why: The purpose of the BIE Group is to facilitate improved communication between OEBB and participating entities. All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend either in person or via the webinar. Please share this invitation with any appropriate coworkers who may not be on our listserv. Typical agenda items include a recap of that month's board meeting, a walk-through of one or two reports in Report Mart, and updates on upcoming MyOEBB system modifications and member communications. We also invite questions and suggestions on any topics you would like to discuss.
