Available now! New resources/updated documents on the OEBB website:


1)      Spanish translations of Open Enrollment materials:

On the 2016 Open Enrollment page<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/2016-Open-Enrollment.aspx> you can now find Spanish versions of the following three documents:

We have not printed any paper copies of the Spanish documents, but feel free to print them yourself or forward the PDFs to any members who may need them.



2)      2016-17 New Hire Enrollment Guide booklet
This is now available on the Member New Hire Enrollment page<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/New-Hire-Enrollment.aspx> as well as the Administrator New Hire Enrollment Materials<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/New-Hire-Admin.aspx> page. This is available in PDF for you to print or email to members as you'd like. OEBB does not plan to create any customizable versions or print any hard copies. You are welcome to print these yourself and omit pages that do not apply to your members.


3)      Revised Online Version of OE Booklet

We've corrected a couple errors and clarified some language in the online version<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/Entity-Resources.aspxhttp:/www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Communications/2016-OE-Booklet-Online-Revision.pdf> of the OE Booklet. We've also posted a Summary of Changes<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Communications/2016-OE-Booklet-Online-Revision-Change-Summary.pdf> so everyone will know what's different. (Both the original printed version and the revised online version are available for Administrators to reference on the "Preview 2016 Open Enrollment Communications<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/Entity-Resources.aspx>" page ... see #5 below.)



4)      Minor Revisions to Medical and Vision Benefit Summaries

OEBB staff and carriers identified some "opportunities for improvement" in the benefit summaries based on some member feedback and questions. The medical summary<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Plans/Medical%20Plan%20Designs%202016-17.pdf> has been updated to clarify the Rx benefit in Coos and Curry counties (including an additional Coos and Curry Rx document<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Plans/Medical%20Plan%20Designs%202016-17%20Coos%20and%20Curry%20Rx%20Callout.pdf>), and the vision summary<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Plans/Vision%20Plan%20Designs%202016-17.pdf> contains some clarification on the Kaiser lens and frame frequency. These documents didn't contain any real errors - these revisions just clarify some details.



5)      Ongoing Updates to Samples of OEBB Member Communications
Don't forget that you can find samples and delivery details of all OEBB's member communications in the Administrator Resources area of the OEBB website. (Click "Administrator Resources" in the left menu, then in the "I Want To ..." box top-right, click on "Preview 2016 Open Enrollment Communications<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/Entity-Resources.aspx>".)
