RE:                  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111 - Divisions 10, 30 and 70

OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules. The proposed rulemaking amendments to Division 10, Division 30 and Division 70 are to update benefit plan name changes, other housekeeping updates and clarifications.

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Salem, Oregon at 1225 Ferry Street SE, on January 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. You may also file written comments before close of business on January 31, 2017 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments and after Board approval. Any comments received after January 31, 2017 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
