[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System and Forms Updated

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers and Benefits Administrators:


We have updated the MyOEBB system (both the Admin Module and Member Module) and applicable enrollment and change forms on the OEBB website to include the following questions:



Are you serving or did you ever serve in the military? ☐YES  ☐NO     If “yes”, do you authorize OEBB to send your name and address to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) for the purpose of receiving benefit information? ☐YES  ☐NO



We have added these questions to comply with HB2330<http://gov.oregonlive.com/bill/2015/HB2330/>, which went into effect January 1, 2016, and requires that OEBB and OHA report to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs on veterans enrolled in benefit plans.
