[MyOEBB] Email going to all enrolled in an OEBB medical plan

Dear Benefits Administrators and Business Managers:

OEBB plans to send the attached email message on Monday, January 25th to all subscribers enrolled in an OEBB medical plan. If the subscriber has two email addresses in the MyOEBB system (both personal and work) the message will go to both addresses.
