[MyOEBB] Revised Message: OEBB’s Offices are Moving!

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, Benefits Administrators, and Premium Contacts:

This Friday, July 22nd, and Monday, July 25th, OEBB staff will be moving to our new offices at:

500 Summer St NE, E-88
Salem, OR 97301-1063

Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same; however, there will be some downtime as we make the transition from one location to the other.

We expect all phone and fax lines to be down during the following approximate time period:

12 noon, Friday, July 22nd – 10 a.m., Monday, July 25th

We will also have limited access to emails during this time, but all staff emails and OEBB website URLs will remain the same. We expect our email and websites/systems to remain functional during the transition. Staff will respond to messages as soon as possible following the move.

If you anticipate needing staff assistance Friday or Monday, please contact us beforehand to make appropriate arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience this brief transition may cause. Thank you for your patience.
