Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, and Premium Contacts:

For the 2017-18 plan year, OEBB will be hosting quarterly BIE (Benefits Information Exchange) Meetings, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on the first Thursday of November, February, and May.  Each session has a unique registration link shown in the invitation below.

The agenda for the upcoming meeting (Thursday, Nov. 2) is attached and also contains registration links for all sessions.

The purpose of OEBB's BIE Meeting is to facilitate communication between OEBB and participating employers. All interested employer representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend.

We hope this new quarterly schedule will maximize everyone's time while still maintaining a consistent opportunity to ask questions and share information.

We also plan to host additional topic-specific webinars throughout the year to provide trainings on various processes and reports, so you can tune in to those you need and skip those you don't, with recordings available for later reference.
