[MyOEBB] Open Enrollment Update

Good Morning

For some of us open enrollment is already over, for many of us it ends this upcoming Friday and for a few community colleges it continues until the 25th.  As of today, OEBB has 40,598 saved enrollments in our system.  This doesn't account for the Opt Outs and Waives which were not ended in MyOEBB.  But, regardless, we still have over 10,000 enrollments to go.

Here are some of the questions we have been asked most:

Q.  Where can I log my Healthy Actions?
A.  When a Healthy Futures participants clicks on the Medical Enroll button they will be asked a YES or NO question if they completed their Healthy Actions.  We do not have a spot to list them this year and their Spouse/Partner doesn't have to participate.

Q.  I forgot my user name and password and I can't answer my security questions.  Can you reset my password?
A.  If a member can't remember their user name, password and answers to their security questions we send them directly to you for security reasons.  We don't know who they are, but you do.  You are able to reset their passwords by following the directions directly below.
Can you change your employees passwords?
Yes, you can change their passwords by opening Security Setup then Administrator in the Admin Module.  Make sure they answer their security questions and you are speaking directly with the member.  The system will ask them to reset their password AGAIN when they log in.  The password you gave them will now be their old password.

Q.  What are my employer contributions?
A.  OEBB doesn't know what their employer contributions might be.  We direct them back to their employer.

Q.  Why is my dependent locked?
A.  A dependent is locked due to the member not completing the Dependent Eligibility Verification.  They will only be able to add back their dependent once they file an appeal with OEBB with supporting documentation.

Don't forget OEBB will be open until 8:00 p.m. this Friday, September 15th.
