Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, and Superintendents:

Here's a quick update on OEBB's Open Enrollment Communications:


  *   WEBINARS: OEBB's 2018 Open Enrollment Webinar Schedule has been published and registration links are now available at: www.oregon.gov/oha/oebb/Pages/webinars.aspx<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/oebb/Pages/webinars.aspx>. We just acquired a new, more robust webinar platform, ON24, which we expect to provide a much more pleasant and professional experience than our previous platform, GoToWebinar. We're all expecting this to be a very positive change. Keep your fingers crossed for us!


  *   ON-DEMAND VIDEOS & HANDOUTS: We are still building the content for the "On Demand" page<http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/Pages/on-demand.aspx>, where members will be able to view all the presentation videos and download the slides and additional handouts at their convenience. We plan to have updated content available on this page within the next couple days.


  *   MEMBER EMAIL: On Thursday, August 9th (one week before our first webinar), we plan to send an email to all OEBB Members with links to both the webinar page and the "on demand" page to ensure they are aware of the resources available to them, with convenient links to help encourage their participation. The cover letter enclosed in OEBB's Open Enrollment packet also directs members to these web pages, so members who miss the email will also have the information in hard copy.



  *   SPANISH LANGUAGE MATERIALS: We now have Spanish translations of the Open Enrollment Cover Letter and Benefits Guide Booklet available in PDF format on the website. Everywhere you see a link in English, there should also be a link in Spanish. Here are quick links for your convenience:
