Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:
MoodHelper, an online program for managing depression, has been discontinued. They have stopped accepting new enrollments. Existing participants will have access to their online portal through March 31, 2018 and then their site will be taken down. Anyone visiting the MoodHelper site will see a message informing them of the change and pointing them to alternative mental health services.
Currently, there are fewer than five OEBB members enrolled in MoodHelper, so you shouldn't receive many, if any, questions from your employees. We just wanted to let you know so you can remove any lingering promotional materials and, as needed, refer your employees to other alternatives (for instance, EAP if you offer it, or resources available through their medical carrier).
Please take a moment to check ... If you have any MoodHelper posters or flyers displayed in your worksites or MoodHelper links on your website, please remove them immediately.
