Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, and Benefits Administrators -

This week OEBB is mailing a paper Open Enrollment Preview Mailer<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Documents/2018-19-Open-Enrollment-Preview-Mailer.pdf> to all OEBB-eligible subscribers, including those who are currently opting-out or waiving benefits. We hope this mailing will help members get a head start thinking about their benefit choices for the upcoming plan year, and it encourages them to sign up for our Text Message and/or Email Reminder Service at OEBBreminders.com<https://www.oebbreminders.com/>.

There you will find a listing of the pieces we intend to send (with links to PDF samples as they become available), what delivery method will be used, who they will go to, what date we intend to pull the address data, and the target date for each piece go out.
