OEBB COVID-19 Rule Filing: Impacts on Optional Benefits
The coronavirus pandemic has severely changed day-to-day work for OEBB members. In response, the OEBB Board recently filed a new rule offering more flexibility for OEBB entities to adapt to "the new normal", specifically affecting optional benefits like:

  *   Voluntary Disability Plans (short-term and long-term)
  *   Optional Life Insurance Plans
  *   Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plans
  *   Long-term Care Plans
OEBB staff will explain the details and intentions behind this new rule, what it means for you and your employees, and help you consider potential changes and how to work with this rule successfully.
This webcast will be recorded. Everyone who registers will receive a follow-up email with a link to the recording and presentation slides, so even if you don't tune in live, you will still receive the information. Live attendees will be able to ask questions that may be shared with the whole group and recorded, or staff may type back to you privately. When watching the recording, you may still send questions through the Q&A box, and staff will receive and respond to your question via email.
