Hello

Welcome to OEBB Open Enrollment.  I wanted to remind you about the presentation we did earlier this month in which we discussed Open Enrollment tips and information about OEBB in general.  I have included a PDF version of this PowerPoint.

Here are just a few high level reminders:


  *   Open Enrollment is MANDATORY - this means members must do Open Enrollment.  If they don't, they will not have medical, dental or vision coverage effective October 1, 2021.


  *   Open Enrollment ends at midnight Wednesday, September 15th - If your entity ends early than this date, it is your responsibility to communicate this to your membership (and please let OEBB also know).


  *   MyOEBB system will be down on Tuesday, August 31st starting around 6:30 pm until Wednesday, September 1st around 9 am.  This planned downtime is for invoice processing.  Please avoid planning any labs the evening of the 31st or the morning of the 1st.


  *   Our hours are expanded to 7am to 6pm Monday-Friday.  We are closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 6th.  Our contact info is:
