Hello,

Please see the attached updated OEBB 2024-25 Renewal Summary. The document outlines OEBB benefit programs, rates, plan changes, and enhancements effective October 1, 2024.

We modified the Optional Benefits section in the attached summary. We recently learned about rate changes for long-term care coverage that may become effective during the 2024-25 plan year.

The overall medical, dental and vision renewal meets the 3.4% legislative requirement.
