has noticed that several educational entities are approving requests in the Enrollment
Requests screen in MyOEBB. The action of “Approved by Entity”
should only be used if the person is being grandfathered in with insurance and
the educational entity has proof of insurability from the carrier. An
entity should be able to provide this proof upon request. Failure to
provide documentation could result in denial of a claim.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
