Monday, October 18, 2010, letters were mailed to OEBB members who have at least
one person on their dental and/or vision coverage who are subject to the 12-month
waiting period due to adding coverage at Open Enrollment. A copy of the
template letter is attached for your reference.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>Please
note that the individuals identified in the letter could have the waiting
period applied to <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>dental only</span></b>, <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>vision only</span></b>, or <b><span style='font-weight:
bold'>both</span></b> dental and vision. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
