If a member has no e-mail address in the MyOEBB system, they will not receive a notification from OEBB about the survey, but may access it via a link on the OEBB website homepage. This link will be published Wednesday when the survey is launched.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If you know of employees who do not have e-mail addresses in the MyOEBB system, we would appreciate your help in communicating the availability of the survey to them and encouraging their participation.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We realize the timing of this survey coincides with the phone survey on member health we told you about last week.
