Launched on November 11, the survey collects data on members’ current health status, behaviors that affect health and worksite wellness and support. Information from the survey is vital to</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'> the Board when </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'>creating, monitoring and modifying benefits and programs that fulfill the health and enrollment needs of our members. To date, </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>the survey administrator has</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'> </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>only been able to </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'>complete half of the necessary survey interviews</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'> and asked that we see if you would be willing to </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'>assist</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'> in this effort by</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'> communicating the importance of the survey to your employees.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:navy'>On Wednesday, December 14, OEBB will be sending an e-mail to employees selected to participate reiterating the importance of the survey. All individual responses will remain confidential and results of the survey will be reported in aggregate.
