</span></span><![endif]>We had previously mentioned that OEBB would be sending the communication relating to health exchanges, as required under the healthcare reform act, to all employees eligible for OEBB benefits in late February.
<b><span style="color:red">This communication is no longer required to be sent to all employees by March 1, 2013.
</span></b>In compliance with the updated federal healthcare reform requirements, OEBB will be sending this letter on behalf of all OEBB-participating entities in late summer or early fall 2013. The webinars noted above will contain more detailed information
on this requirement.<o:p></o:p></p>
